Prophet Muskwa at Sleeping Chief is nestled in the midst of the Northern Rockies
Provencial Park. This area is often referred to as the “Serengeti of the North
America” for its abundance of wildlife. It is almost impossible not to observe
wildlife as you travel through our corner of the world. The area's spectacular
wildlife consists of eight species of wild ungulates, plus at least seven species
of large and medium-size carnivores.</p>
<p align="justify"><span class="pagetitle">Prophet Muskwas' Foundations</span>
Started in 1987 by Kevin and Victoria Olmstead, Prophet Muskwa has grown to
three outstanding properties providing outdoor recreation options in the Canadian
Wilderness. This family run business has grown over the years through the hard
work and ingenuity of the duo. Originally from California, with backgrounds
in the corporate world, Kevin and Victoria fulfilled a life long dream of building
and owning a successful outdoor recreation business. Both are avid wildlife
enthusiasts and wish to share the beauty of the Canadian Wilderness with people
around the world. <br>

Victoria realized that the combination of the pristine setting of Prophet Muskwa
and the benefits of spa activities were a perfect match and could offer guests
much more than a walk-in spa facility. Her 15 years of personal experience on
the benefits of spa activities enabled her to create a wilderness resort and
spa that deliver first class services for guests to enjoy while being able to
experience true wilderness surroundings. <br>
<br>
Kevin has been an avid outdoor enthusiast since he was old enough to take his
bike, fishing pole and bag of snacks to the river almost every weekend as a
child. His interests lie in the education about and preservation of wildlife
in its natural habitat. Coming from many years in the corporate world, he came
to the realization that so many people had no concept of wilderness or a "big
country" experience and it was something that he wanted to provide for his children
and his friend's children for many years to come. <br>

The result of these passions is what we have today at Prophet Muskwa at Sleeping
Chief. Guests can enjoy the ultimate serenity of a wilderness lodge in the heart
of the Canadian Rockies where wilderness is still thriving and will be preserved
and enjoyed for generations to come. </p>
<p align=justify><span class=pagetitle>Elisi Spa Lodging Facilities</span><br>
We have planned a variety of lodging facilities to offer individualized service
to each guest who comes to stay. All of our lodging includes three fully prepared
meals every day along with all you can eat snacks. Our goal is to make your
stay comfortable and memorable! </p>
<p align=justify><span class=pagetitle>Private Rooms</span><br>
Our private ensuite guest rooms are each named after the creatures of the
wild (Ram’s Roost, Wolves Den, Elk's Wallow, etc.). These rooms offer the utmost
comfort and privacy. Each morning you can awake and walk out on the veranda
to see the spectacular Rocky Mountains waking with you. Enjoy your choice of
two twin beds or a luxurious king, two of our rooms are perfect for families
featuring a Queen bed, twin bed and pull-out futon couch. Your private bath
is complete with all of the necessities of home. Decorated with the subtle colors
of nature and complete with log interior, you will feel like you are in your
own private log cabin getaway. </p>
<p align=justify><span class=pagetitle>Muskwa Lodge Rooms</span><br>
We offer two rooms with a shared bath that are perfect for two couples
or four individuals. These rooms offer the feel of a quaint bed and breakfast,
your stay is in the main lodge right off our beautiful study with a floor to
ceiling wood-burning stone fireplace. Enjoy the delicious aromas emanating from
the kitchen in the mornings and the delight of having the main lodge to yourself
after hours. </p>

Set away from the main lodge and just steps from your private balcony to the
hot tub, this two-bedroom private cottage is the choice for honeymooners or

five or seven day packages that start at one of our out camps — start at the
head of the Prophet River, horseback to Hot Springs and then continue on criss-crossing
the Prophet River as you wind your way to Grizzley Lake, leave your pack string
behind as you hike along Beaver Creek, Jet Boat to the main lodge and end with

<p align="justify"><span class="pagetitle">Weather</span> You should be prepared
for a wide range of weather conditions. During August the temperatures range
from 70 F (+20 C) to lows of 20 F to 30 F (-2 C) at night. In late September
and October the thermometer may drop to 10 F (-10 C) at night with a chance
of some snow. </p>
<p align="justify"><span class="pagetitle">Wear</span> Casual and Comfortable!
Depending on the season you will want different attire. During the warmer summer
months: For men, trousers or shorts with a T-shirt are appropriate. For women,
shorts and T-shirt or a light cotton dress. A light sweater or sweatshirt is
always a good idea for the evenings or for long hikes. During the winter months
we recommend typical dress for cold climates. Many of our winter activities
are outside, so hats and gloves are a good idea. Remember to bring comfortable
shoes for walking, hiking or jogging. </p>

<p align="justify"><span class="pagetitle">International Flights</span> International
Flights generally connect through Vancouver, B.C. to Fort St. John for Prophet
Muskwa at Sleeping Chief, to Sandspit, B.C. for Prophet Muskwa at Graham Island
and to Whitehorse, Yukon for Prophet Muskwa at Devilhole. When flying into any
of these cities, we generally recommend planning to arrive the day before you
are scheduled to fly into Prophet Muskwa. </p>
<p align="justify"><span class="pagetitle">Air Charter Transfer</span> Arrangements
are made through our reservation office at the time of booking. A chartered
aircraft departs Ft. St. John for the 1-hour flight. The same plane that brings
our new visitors to the main camp picks up our departing guests. Your arrival
and departure are memorable events that the entire Muskwa family wants to share.
When it's your turn to leave, you'll find everyone at the air strip to bid you
farewell. </p>
<p align="justify"><span class="pagetitle">Luggage Allowances</span> A total allowance
of 50 lb. is allowed per person on the air charter. Dress is casual and a daily
laundry service is readily available at the Prophet Muskwa at Sleeping Chief
Wilderness Resort, therefore, a minimal amount of luggage is required. In particular,
we provide towels, bath robes and hairdryers - so leave these behind! If required,
we have complimentary luggage storage available at our Ft. St. John office.

<p align="justify"><span class="pagetitle">Elisi Signature Spa Experience</span>
Every guests stay is individualized and personal. Upon check-in each guest will
be assigned a personal guide to enhance and complete the stay. Your personal
guide will help design a program for your stay that incorporates the activities
and pursuits that you want and that attain the goals you would like to reach.
Every Elisi experience is structured to the individual. Activities, meals, and
lectures are organized with the guest in mind. Your stay includes accommodation
in one of the Muskwa Lodge rooms or the Elisi Private Cottage. All meals are
included and are prepared per your request and to your specifications. Daily
continental breakfast may be delivered to your room by request and gourmet sack
lunches for all day outings are provided. Dinner includes house wines, beer
and ales. We are pleased to offer Mission Hill Family Estate wines, voted the

hands of our masseuses massage you for 90 minutes including a reflexology session

into the aromatic waters and let the jet streams work their magic. Feel your

adventure, lie back in the ultimate “camp” chair and enjoy the relaxing sensation
of conditioning botanicals applied to your beard to soften and protect your

offers the senses the perfect balance between stimulation and relaxation. Upon
arrival, settle into your private room, relax on the veranda and breath in the

you hike along the crest of a nearby mountain ridge and enjoy the aromas of

ice-water hike along the Muskwa River. Listen to the flow of water, feel the
rush and awaken your inner child. After a long hike pamper your feet in a rejuvenating
barefooted mud treatment followed by a paraffin pedicure. Allow your personal
spa guide to treat you to the natural powers of a rainwater facial and hair
treatment. Go on a jet-boat excursion and feel the wild side of water. Return
to the lodge and unwind at the end of the day with a hydrotherapy bath and let

1 & 2, Richards Creek:</strong><br>
Rendezvous in Ft. St. John and transfer by plane to Richards Creek located in
the Muskwa-Kechika National Park, often referred to as the ‘Serengeti of the
North’; enjoy the sunset over the landing strip as the elk and moose population
come in to say good evening; join your personal guide and wrangler as you head
with your pack-string to the Hot Springs viewing moose, bears, mountain goats
and other wildlife along your trip; enjoy a gourmet campfire dinner before retiring
to your cabin for the night. <br>
<strong>Days 3, 4 & 5, Muskwa River:</strong><br>
Make your way from the Hot Springs to the Muskwa River and continue your journey
downstream; hike along Beaver Creek and become one with the nature that surrounds
you; continue on to a remote alpine lake to view snowcapped Rocky Mountain peaks;
overnight at Grizzly Lake and leave your pack string behind as you hike back
to the Muskwa River and pick up your canoe and cruise the river where wildlife
surrounds you and your personal guide directs you to the points of interest;
all the while making your way toward the ultimate destination a true Wilderness
Resort with all the modern amenities. <br>
<strong>Days 6 & 7, Sleeping Chief:</strong><br>
The new Prophet Muskwa at Sleeping Chief Wilderness Resort, this luxurious,
full-service resort offers the Elisi Spa for the perfect pampering after all
of your hard work; the resort is nestled in the Muskwa River valley with pristine
views of Sleeping Chief Mountain; opt for a body treatment in the Elisi Spa,
relax on the deck or adventure out on a jet-boat excursion; enjoy a final night
at the Muskwa Lodge for your last gourmet dinner in the heart of the Northern
Canadian Rockies where true wilderness is thriving.</p>
<p align="justify"><span class="pagetitle">Elisi Spa Massage</span> Massage therapy
has long been discribed as "The Healing Touch". The goal of our treatments is
to positively affect the health and well being of our special clients.</p>
<p align="justify"><span class="pagetitle">Deep Tissue</span> Using a variety
of massage techniques, the movements of this massage are directed at the deeper
tissues. The massage is designed to increase flexibility, stimulate circulation
and enhance the body’s natural recovery process. (60 minutes) </p>
<p align="justify"><span class="pagetitle">Swedish</span> This European therapeutic
massage applies varied stretches, movements and handwork to promote relaxation.
Swedish massage can be slow to vigorous depending on the desired results. We
recommend this massage therapy for our first time massage enthusiasts. (60 minutes)
</p>
<p align="justify"><span class="pagetitle">Aromatherapy</span> An ancient practice
that uses natural essential oils of herbs, plants and flowers to balance and
rejuvenate the body's natural state. This massage combines the unique techniques
of our therapist with aromatic oils selected especially for you. It's the perfect
way to refresh after travel, recover from jetlag, and acclimate to our higher
altitude. (30 minutes for blending, 60 minutes for massage) </p>
<p align="justify"><span class="pagetitle">Cellulite Reduction</span> This beneficial
massage begins with dry brushing to increase circulation and is followed by
the application of cellulite massage oil rich in lavender, juniper, cypress
and rosemary. The troublesome body areas are massaged along the lymph pathway
to assist with metabolic exchange while improving circulation and oxygenation
of the skin. (75 minutes) </p>
<p align="justify"><span class="pagetitle">Relfexology</span> Based on a system
of points on the hands and feet thought to correspond or "reflex" to other areas
of the body. The technique is specific to particular body parts (most often
the feet), but is intended to assist the entire body. (30 minutes) </p>
<p align="justify"><span class="pagetitle">Couples Massage</span> Enjoy a massage
with your companion, given in the privacy and comfort of massage rooms. A variety
of massage options are available. It's a great way to share a relaxing experience
with one another. (60 minutes) </p>

selected an all natural product line that is good enough to eat! Eminence Organic
Skincare Products are hand-made in Budapest, Hungary and have the highest levels
of all naturally grown herbs, fruits and vegetables. You will immediately see
and feel the difference evolving from the extremely high fruit content, and
therefore, the high level of active ingredients. Vitamins are captured in their
all-natural fresh base, offering dramatic results as actual seeds, pulps and
peels begin the regenerative and healing powers that only nature can produce.

in British Columbia. With a total of 3,500 square miles of hunting area along
the famous Prophet River and Muskwa River drainages, this region is unique in
providing opportunities to hunt more than one species in a single booked hunt

<p align="justify"><span class=pagetitle>Wilderness Resort Fishing</span><br>
Prophet Muskwa offers fishing at all of its properties. Excellent catch
and release fishing can be found in the lakes, rivers and streams that exist
near all of our camps. Sport fishing is available in our Prophet Muskwa
at Graham Island property here you are sure to find a fishing destination worth

cover more area. Crossing rivers and exploring the natural hot springs are easy
tasks when mounted on your favorite horse. Day rides or two and three day trips

are majestic animals and can be a little intimidating if you feel inexperienced.
Let our friendly staff work with you one on one to learn the ways of the horse,

trail ride and BBQ lunch at Moose Maggie’s Meadow. Enjoy the incredible beauty

mount your horse and ride at dusk to view the scenery in yet a different light.

natural game trails are shared with us to explore regions of the unknown. It
is very common to see wolverine, wolf, coyote and other game when hiking. Climb
to the caves of the glaciers and enjoy the crystal blue of the ice or hike around
one of the many natural lakes to see the giant moose or elk grazing with their
calves. Heli-hiking is also available by appointment. Have a helicopter take
you to the top of the mountains where the Rocky Mountain goats and Stone sheep
live and hike back down to camp. A sure way to see the top of the world! </p>

experience can be arranged depending on weather for an additional charge. An
